Warranty & disclaimer.
LabMark3D gives a guarantee that the print you purchase is free from defects that would impede its function. However, since 3D printing is not perfect, some small cosmetic blemishes may be present on your print. LabMark3D will do its best to minimize these but does not guarantee they do not exist. If you have an issue with your print, please contact me.
Materials used in 3D printing are a form of plastic. These plastics are subject to warping at higher temperatures and LabMark3D will not refund or replace any prints that were handled inappropriately. The most commonly used material PLA, Poly Lactic Acid, will start deforming at 60 degrees Celsius or 140 degrees Fahrenheit. This means that they should not be left in the boot of your car in summer, are not dishwasher safe and should not be left on top of a working radiator. Also, certain chemicals such as Acetone and Ethyl Acetate can melt or warp PLA.
